There is no fee for first stage invitees to attend the conference, you only have to pay for your travel, hotel and any dinners not included as part of the conference. Depending on spaces left at the conference, there will be a second stage of invites where participants must pay a fee to complete their registration and attend EPLS 2023.

Conference dress and evening attire are business casual. No jeans or trainers permitted.

Free WiFi is available throughout the hotel. If you are staying at the hotel, you will be told how to access the WiFi on arrival. If you are not intending to stay, then a WiFi password can be issued to you at registration.

Mobile phones have to be switched off in all sessions.

A laptop will be provided for presentations within the plenary hall (you will not be able to use your own laptop). Please always bring a spare copy of your presentation via USB memory stick.

You must book your hotel room through the booking link on the Hotel Information page. Organising and booking your accommodation is your own responsibility, including any amends or cancellations to bookings.

Payment will be taken upon check out for your entire stay and any incidentals.

Breakfast is included in the room rate at the hotel. Please allow extra time for breakfast to make sure you are ready for the conference sessions each morning.

Delegates can cancel their hotel reservation up to 15 days prior to arrival free of charge.

A taxi journey is approximately 40 minutes from the airport to the hotel.

Any additional nights of accommodation are subject to availability at the hotel and may be charged at a higher rate than the preferred rate secured for the event days.

Single and Double occupancy rooms are available. If you are sharing with a colleague, please ensure only one person books the accommodation. If both of you book a double occupancy room, you may be allocated two rooms and be charged for both.

Parking is available to those who wish to drive at €21 per day.
